“Many real estate transactions benefit greatly from the inclusion of a debt specialist. Toby’s excellent reputation in the property industry combined with his existing relationships with clients allows CBRE to differentiate ourselves from our competitors. I look forward to working with him to develop this offering in New Zealand.”
Brent McGregor, Executive Chairman of CBRE New Zealand says having a fully integrated debt and equity service provides unparalleled insights into market conditions considerable advantage for our vendors and purchasers.
“With the capital stack on the latest transactions looking more and more complex, the addition of Toby to our team adds a very new dimension not matched by any other real estate services firm,” he adds.
Toby will work closely with CBRE’s Asia Pacific Debt and Structured Finance team, led by Andrew McCasker, to focus on delivery of a broader range of funding solutions for property owners and developers across New Zealand.
